Underwriting Insurance Chatbot
A chatbot assistant to help underwriters in the field maintain accurate insurance quote data.
Due to NDA, any client names have been removed and the designs have been altered.
The underwriting process is constantly changing and for insurance agents it can be hard to keep on top on ever changing rules. The client, a large uk based insurance company, wishes to streamline their underwriting process by providing their agents with an easily accessible chatbot which is regularly updates with the latest underwriting rules to provide accurate quotes for insurance customers.
The solution was created using IBM’s Watson AI Assistant and the technical prototype was created using VueJS.
